The calming effect is far more significant with amber than you might think. I now have premature arthritis and I use amber to ease the pain and it really does make a difference.
All those people who have used amber for years in Europe really do know what they're talking about! In fact, they make blankets with tiny pieces of amber sewn in that you can lay on to relieve pain throughout your body.
I think we all have to step outside ourselves once in a while and realize that there are some things like amber that have unusual properties. I encourage you to research about amber. Scientists have had much to say about its wonders for a very, very long time!
