- Barrel screw clasps consist of two round threaded cylinders where one end screws into the other end by twisting them around several times. They provide greater security than magnetic or hook type clasps.

Gracie was dribbling and in a lot of bother before we put the necklace on her , Since which she has been trouble free no issues with her teeth at all . At night we wrap it round her ankle and to be honest teething hasnt been a trouble that all other parents say...
